The leveless facilities can be adjusted, and stable property, without spilling and escaping steam. In possession of CIP and SIP cleaning and sterilization cleaning easily and thoroughly. The equipments and pipelines layout no dead angles which achieves sterilized operation.
Mash system is composed of malt mill, rice mill, mash kettle, mash boiler, filter tank, balance jar, boiler, whirlpool, heat-exchanger, wort aeration, yeast adding device, exhausted system and bottom.

3．Auxiliary System
Auxiliary system is composed of alkali jar, acid jar, bactericide
jar, hot water jar, sterile water jar, detergent filter, rod filter
and pipeline ect. We can deploy various specifications, acording to
the requirements.
4．Filter system
The filter is composed of sheet and kieselguhr filter and beer keep
freshing vessel.
5．Filling System
Filling is composed of filling capper and vacuum pumo etc..
6. Refrigeration System
Refrigeration system is composed of refrigerating battery,
evaporator, a length of cooling water tank, bottom/equipment base.
7．Control System
a) Control system is composed of Siemens PLC, IPC (Industrial
Personal Computer) and auto components.
b) Fullly auto-control of heating &referation by IPC, also hand
control on the operations area.
c) According to the customs’requirements, material flow could be
auto-control or hand control.
d) This system using the uper and lower two-level computer,
assembling the PLC by the upper WINCC and the lower SIEMENS STEP7.
e) IPC real-time display,memory every technical process, the
parameter can be inquired by the operate
f) Lower-computer an choose of SIMATC-300PLC.
g) The system includes: switch value signals and analog quantity
signals which get into the PLC. The PLC can be auto completion for
every switch value signals and analog quantity signals. Output
signal is completed control and technical process of all the
valves, pumps and speed reduce,etc.
h) The communication of the upper and lower machine can achieve MPI
or PROFIBUS-DP Field Communicator.
i) Easily connected with any other control system,realized
centralized control.
