a) Control system is composed of Siemens PLC, IPC (Industrial
Personal Computer) and auto components.
b) Fullly auto-control of heating &referation by IPC, also hand
control on the operations area.
c) According to the customs’requirements, material flow could be
auto-control or hand control.
d) This system using the uper and lower two-level computer,
assembling the PLC by the upper WINCC and the lower SIEMENS STEP7.
e) IPC real-time display,memory every technical process, the
parameter can be inquired by the operate

g) The system includes: switch value signals and analog quantity
signals which get into the PLC. The PLC can be auto completion for
